With our Bronze Membership, you can enjoy 2 sessions per week at Triple X. This membership is great for casual gym-goers or those who combine different types of training. Whether your goal is Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, general fitness or body transformation, we’ll help you get there.

SILVER MEMBERSHIP
Attend 3x sessions per week.
If you need more training sessions, the Silver Membership gives you unlimited access to our gym facilities. Improve your overall health and fitness, lose weight, build muscle or train to compete professionally with the Silver Membership.

GOLD MEMBERSHIP
Unlimited access to gym facilities.

KIDS’ CLASS MEMBERSHIP
Keep the kids active with our youth membership. Our coaches will get them involved in age-appropriate exercises and Olympic weightlifting to stay fit and burn off some steam!

YOUTH MEMBERSHIP
Our youth membership is for older children aged 11+. This membership is applicable for any type of training – Olympic, power, strength and conditioning. This is bookable at 3 sessions per week. Please note there are no restrictions on the times this membership can train, but will need consent from parent/guardian to train alongside adults.

SENIOR CITIZEN MEMBERSHIP
Enjoy up to 3x sessions per week.
Senior citizens are welcome here. Pop in for your training session and as many free brews as you like!

1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
If you need tailored support to achieve your fitness goals, a 1-2-1 session with an expert coach is the way to go. This membership is ideal for those who’d like to come and give it a try before committing to a regular membership or for those who can’t commit to a regular session and would like the freedom to book sessions on a one-off basis.

BESPOKE TRAINING PROGRAMME (ONLINE)
Our bespoke training programmes are perfect if you’d like a tailored programme designed specifically by our Head Coach. With this membership, you’ll benefit from extra accountability and technical coaching through weekly check-ins and monthly Zoom calls.
Training sessions can be designed to help you reach any goal, and can include sessions to follow at home, our facility or a gym of your own choice. Your programme will be tailored towards your goals, ability level, time availability and the equipment you have access to.

NUTRITION COACHING
Our personalised nutrition programmes are tailored to you and your goals. You’ll receive tailored meal guidance and nutrition recommendations, recipes, tips for taking health and body composition measurements to track progress, and much more. Nutrition coaching helps achieve any goal, from fat loss and weight maintenance to muscle gain and athletic performance.

LIFE COACHING
Want to take control of your life and feel more empowered to reach your potential? Our life coaching sessions help you create a blueprint that sets you on the path you want to be on.
We use tried and tested frameworks to explore each area of your life, identifying the things you want to improve. As well as working with you to pinpoint your longer-term goals, we also recommend small changes you can make everyday to achieve those goals.
